SnowGlobe: The Final Festival Destination

SnowGlobe Music Festival is less than 48 hours away and I could not be more excited. There really is something special about snow festivals that I just can’t get enough of. This will be my second SnowGlobe (out of 3) and I am proud to say that I have made it to every SnowBall Music Festival.

What makes these festivals so much fun?

Snowglobe 2014

Snow festivals still offer the big stages, awesome lineups, fun people, and everything you love about other festivals, but the change in temperature really makes it a totally different experience. At most festivals you have to battle to keep cool, at snow festivals you have to keep warm. This is a welcomed change in my eyes because everyone dances to stay warm.

Staying warm is directly proportional to the amount of fun you will have. If you are cold, you will not have fun. If you are warm, you will have a blast. Thankfully you control how warm you are by how you dress. Make sure to dress in layers and have gloves, a hat, and waterproof boots to keep your feet warm.

You should definitely plan on making a bunch of new friends while you are there. The crowd at SnowGlobe is one of the better festival crowds you will ever experience. There are a lot of things you can do for New Years and anyone that chooses to go to an outdoor music festival is probably a really awesome person. When you have 10,000 of these awesome people in one place you end up with one of the best festivals you will ever experience.

No to mention the lineup.

Check it out.

What else is there?

I can’t give away all the secrets but you can follow my adventure on Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.

Have a happy New Year!
